Terms & Conditions Brand Try-On

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Brand Try-On, a Framer plugin provided by Framebundle.

By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using Brand Try-On, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Brand Try-On

Brand Try-On is a design utility for Framer that helps users apply brand colors and typography to existing Framer designs.

Features may include scanning design styles, mapping existing styles to brand roles, previewing changes, applying rebrands, and reverting supported changes.

2. Free access

Brand Try-On may include a limited free version or trial.

At the time of publication, Brand Try-On includes one free full rebrand, including supported color and typography features.

Free access may be subject to technical limitations and may change in future versions.

3. Paid licence

Additional use of Brand Try-On may require a paid licence.

A valid licence grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the paid features of Brand Try-On in accordance with these Terms.

A licence does not transfer ownership of Brand Try-On or its source code.

4. Licence activations

Brand Try-On licences may be limited to a specific number of active devices or plugin installations.

You may deactivate an existing activation before activating the licence on another supported device.

You may not:

  • share your licence key publicly

  • resell or redistribute your licence key

  • provide your licence to unrelated third parties

  • attempt to bypass licence validation or activation limits

Framebundle may disable licences that are reasonably believed to have been shared, abused, fraudulently obtained, refunded, or used in violation of these Terms.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Polar.

Pricing is displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Brand Try-On licences are sold as a one-time purchase for the version and access described at the time of purchase.

Any applicable refunds, taxes, payment processing, and transaction-related matters may also be subject to Polar's terms.

6. Refunds

If you experience a technical issue with Brand Try-On, please contact us before requesting a refund so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Any refund that is approved may result in the associated Brand Try-On licence being revoked or deactivated.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you.

7. Use of your Framer projects

Brand Try-On may read and modify supported properties in the Framer project you choose to use with the plugin.

You are responsible for reviewing changes before finalising or publishing your project.

We recommend keeping appropriate backups or version history when working on important production projects.

8. Revert and reset functionality

Brand Try-On may provide preview, reset, or revert functionality.

These features are provided as workflow tools and may not be able to restore every possible third-party component, custom code component, unsupported property, or external state.

You remain responsible for reviewing your project after using Brand Try-On.

9. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of Brand Try-On except where applicable law expressly permits it

  • bypass or interfere with licensing controls

  • use the plugin to introduce malicious code or interfere with Framer or third-party services

  • redistribute Brand Try-On as your own product

  • sell, sublicense, copy, or commercially redistribute the plugin itself without written permission

You may use Brand Try-On on client and commercial Framer projects, subject to your valid licence.

10. Third-party services

Brand Try-On depends on third-party platforms and services, including Framer and Polar.

We do not control these services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability.

Changes, outages, API limitations, or service restrictions imposed by third parties may affect Brand Try-On.

11. Availability and updates

We may update, improve, change, add, or remove features from Brand Try-On over time.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged indefinitely.

We may release fixes and compatibility updates when reasonably necessary.

12. No guarantee of compatibility

Brand Try-On is designed to work with supported Framer features and common design structures.

Because Framer projects may include custom code, third-party components, unusual overrides, external integrations, or unsupported configurations, we cannot guarantee that every element in every project can be rebranded automatically.

13. Disclaimer

Brand Try-On is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framebundle does not guarantee that the plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Framer project or third-party component.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Framebundle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of Brand Try-On.

You are responsible for reviewing and backing up important project work before applying significant changes.

15. Termination

We may suspend or revoke access to Brand Try-On where a licence is obtained fraudulently, refunded, shared in violation of these Terms, or used to circumvent licensing restrictions.

You may stop using Brand Try-On at any time.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Brand Try-On evolves.

The latest version will be published on this page.

Continued use of Brand Try-On after an update may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
